Payment & Shipping

We will ship your order by mail, DHL, DPD or by UPS.
For retail customers we ship free of charge in Germany and Austria for orders above 39,00 €.

For orders up to 38,99 € we will charge a flat fee of:

4,95 € for shipments in Germany

4,95 € for shipments in Austria

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

 

Our shipping fees include postage and packaging. For shipments to retail customers in other countries we will charge as follows:

Delivery Times: Due to COVID-19, some customers may experience slower than usual shipping, unfortunately this is out of our control, however we do endeavour to get all orders dispatched asap.

In Germany delivery takes between 3 – 7 weekdays, in the EU delivery times are 5 – 14 weekdays, outside EU delivery times are 5 – 20 weekdays after conclusion of purchase contract. For prepayment once we have received your your  payment.

Worldwide:

Additional duties, taxes and fees may apply to deliveries outside the EU.

We will ship from our warehouse to the address provided by the customer, according to delivery terms CPT (Incoterms 2013).

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, only to real addresses. Express shipments will incur additional costs

Delivery times

 

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
